...but I have been ON GUARD all day. TORn's post didn't get me. The local radio station didn't get me. Nothing and no one has got me.

And yet... and yet...

The whosay link takes you to the "press release" here. I followed the link, and right away saw the word "mountain walrus". Uh huh. So I skimmed down below, and sure enough, there he is with that sh*t-eating grin...




...and I knew we'd all been had.

What's so brilliant about his prank is that this show usually *is* on the bubble as far as renewals, so it doesn't take much to send us loyal fans into a panic. I even kept in mind the date when I read the stupid tweet... but I still couldn't stop that initial horrid split second of feeling my stomach drop to my toes.

I tip my cowboy hat to you, Anson. You got us all good.

Hee hee... it was terrific fun yesterday, watching the comments to see how many got duped. *g*

The annual TORn post was that PJ had signed Leonard Nimoy to sing the closing credit song on the last Hobbit movie. I haven't looked, but I'm sure a lot of people fell for it!

I tried to send Siljan into April (this is the way we say it in German, to send somebody into April) but failed. That uncooperative man listened carefully to what I was saying for once, and spotted it rigth away! *g*
