Aug. 2nd, 2011 10:45 amCJ Box has a new book out today, a thriller called The Back of Beyond, and I read an excerpt from the first chapter and came across this gem:
"Olson was short, solid, and shaved bald; a flesh-colored fire hydrant who entered a room like a quiet exclamation point."

I can't wait to read this book, just to find out more about this Olson dude! But alas, I'll have to wait a while because I'm 8th on the list at the library.
