M-e March Madness Final 4 has started and wow, poor Aragorn's really behind to Gandalf.  I think you only get one vote a day now (why tORn has mucked about with the rules so much is beyond me and they're not giving any answers to anyone's posts questioning them on it, so, yeah, take this "tournament" for what it's worth.  That said, I did vote...)  If you're so inclined, cast a vote our Ranger's way!

I can see the merits of both types of voting, and indeed, there've been countless similar "tournaments" in fandoms of every kind that use one or the other method. To my mind, what makes them fair is that the voting method is clearly stated, stays the same throughout, and ends at the stated time.

I don't think they should have changed the voting method midway through the contest either. Anyway, Aragorn is now ahead. Yay! May he stay so till 6 pm tomorrow.
