You may have noticed images from Photobucket have disappeared, showing either a link or the broken image symbol. I can't access any of my photos there, so I did some digging and found this on the Help page at Photobucket. It seems they're working on the problem:

Hello Photobucket users,

We experienced a problem on Sunday September 2nd that caused servers to go down. This is affecting some of you in different ways, and we just wanted to make sure you knew that our engineers are looking into it, and doing their best to get everything back to normal as quick as they can.

Issues affecting users:

Unable to login
Images missing from the account, or websites they are linked out to
503 error on Photobucket, not allowing you to access your account or a page within your account (upload, edit, download)
Pixlr editor not loading properly
Gray pages or boxes on your account or the Photobucket website

You may experience any of these issues when accessing your account or the site. I assure you that your content is safe, and everything will be back to normal soon.

Our engineers have been hard at work on this over the past two days. A disk drive needs to be rebuilt, and that may take a bit of time to complete.

I will post another message when more information is available on when this might be resolved.
