The only thing that bothers me about this scene is his rather strange accent---to me, it sounds nothing like his voice in the rest of the movies. I'm clueless as to why, though. Was this one of the first scenes filmed? Hmmmm.
Hmm, I don't really know when this was filmed... I'll have to pay attention to his voice in it when I watch it again, because I hadn't noticed his voice sounding particularly different. I think Viggo's voice is a little, I don't know, thin? nasal? at times off and on throughout the films, so maybe that's why this particular scene doesn't stand out in my memory. Much as I love Viggo's portrayal, if there were one thing I would change, it's the intonation he sometimes used.
