I really love the Black Gates scene. :) I mean, not the negotiations with the mouth of Sauron - I am sort of indifferent towards it - but what comes later: I love Aragorn's speech to his army. :) *melts*

That speech was amazing... was to me the most "Tolkienesque" of the non-Tolkien additions to the movies.
