Since it appears that the end of the world is nigh, at least according to the media frenzy over The Blizzard of Historic Proportions that is bearing down on my area... I'm posting the Twosday Aragorn-a-day on Monday evening, just in case our Internet gets snowed under and I can't get online for a while.  Heck, I'll go ahead and post three, because if it goes down tomorrow, it'll probably be down through Wednesday. 

Those of you in the path of the blizzard, stay warm!  Those of you in sunny climes... send warm thoughts our way. *g*

I'm not intending to drive anywhere, no worries there. My daughter's school has already wisely canceled for tomorrow. And hubby should be getting home from work tonight before it gets too bad (we'll be getting some sleety stuff first but the big snow is coming after 6 am tomorrow). So hopefully tomorrow we can spend the day hunkered down watching it snow... with the electricity still on. *crossing fingers*

That really sounds rather nice - I love being cooped up in the house with a thick white blanket outside - but I always feel 2 days of it and then it should all melt mysteriously overnight.

LOL. The expression on Aragorn's face in the third one...that's kind of how I've been feeling about the weather, here. XD Much as I love winter, I'm can be a terrible freeze baby--and sub zero temps do get old. >.>

Oh, yes.... if I have to live through a blizzard today, so does Aragorn! LOL The bad stuff hasn't come yet, but it's already really starting to come down hard. Still have power and Internet though! *crossing fingers*

Thank you... so far it's snowing/sleeting fairly heavily though I wouldn't exactly call it a blizzard just yet. But apparently that part will come later today. Oh joy.

It's not exactly the mother of all blizzards here, although it's not a fit night for Rangers nor beasts out there. But fortunately the power is still on and the Internet is working, if slowly.

No power outages, yay! And at least 10 inches of snow. Hard to tell with all the drifting. Some parts of the yard have over a foot, others around 8 inches. It's a lot, at any rate. But hubby just toodled down the driveway in our little old 4WD Subaru like it was nothing, so that's good. My parents' car is a Forester and it should be able to get in and out even better, as it has a higher clearance. Much as I love my Mazda, it'll have to stay in the garage until the snow melts... it's front-wheel drive but in this kind of stuff, you need all-wheel drive. *hugs my Subarus*
