Whew, better late than never... we had storms last night and no internet today until nearly 2 pm.  I'll catch up with everyone tomorrow.

And Happy Thanksgiving!  I for one am thankful for many things, friends, family, health, and this guy:

Thank you... fortunately, no damage here, although there was a tornado that hit about 15 miles from here.

Thank you... and no damage for us personally, thankfully, although there were 3 homes in the general area that were damaged and/or destroyed by tornadoes. Fortunately, no one was killed or even injured. One house that lost its roof and part of a wall didn't lose power, which is extraordinary! Hopefully they turned the power off after, but that was really an odd thing. Tornado damage can be really random.

I'm glad to hear it! It's good to know there was "only" property damage this time. That one of the houses still had power in part of one wall is weird. Well, hopefully it means they'll get power back quickly after they've gotten themselves a new roof! Tornadoes really are crazy things.

They really are... they'll destroy one house while the house next door is completely untouched. Weird.

We did have a lovely one, yes. Ate far too much, but laughed just the right amount. :)
