I love this screen cap, but I found the House of Healing scene included in the EE very frustrating. I soooooooooooooooo wanted to see Aragorn healing Faramir. It was a must in my mind.

It is mystifying why they didn't include such an important scene. But I still like seeing Aragorn the Healer in action.

It is, isn't it? I was glad that at least in the EE we got to see Aragorn the Healer in action. but it would have been so much better if we had seen Aragorn the Healer healing Faramir. That photo which made the rounds of the net was so tantalizing, I would have given everything to see that scene.

I'm just glad we did get to see how Viggo played the healer side of Aragorn.

I have to agree with everyone else - it was great to get a House of Healing scene in the EE at all, but I would have LOVED to see Aragorn healing Faramir! It's such a pity we didn't get to see that even in the EE.

It really would have made more sense for them to show Faramir's healing, as it was so critical to Gondor accepting Aragorn as king. Ah well.

But even had they shown it, they would have rushed through and never done the scene justice. This way we can keep The Houses of Healing the way Tolkien wrote them in our minds. With Bergil and Ioreth and the herb-master. And Aragorn losing his temper.
