Or working at learning to make my own LJ layout.  Or even getting ready for bed.  But I decided it would be more fun to mess around with Photoshop instead.   It's not exactly a full-sized wallpaper but it makes a nice desktop photo.  Click on through to get the full-size image:

I really like making these collages or banners or... whatever you call them.

Nope, not morning yet! Almost though...and it will be by the time I finish all the work I have to do tonight...Easter was wonderful, but the aftermath's kind of a pain for college students who can't get their acts together! :P

Thank you! It is an awful lot of fun (and probably a huge time-waster on my part but hey, it's a hobby, right? *g*) I have an old, old, version of it but it still works and I'm at least learning the basics. Someday I'll upgrade to the fancy-schmancy new one.

I like that alot! I think it's how you've got the image of Aragorn as king as the backdrop to Aragorn the Ranger which fits the verse so well.

Glad you like it! I wasn't sure how to "finish" it... I had the Ranger picture and the verse but that spot where Aragorn's ROTK poster pose was empty. Then I realized to go with the verse I needed a the "King" in there, and voila! I like how it came out, anyway. :)

That's lovely - it would make a lovely header for your journal. That is a skill I've never figured either so I can't give any advice on how to do it though!

Thank you! I'll probably create something along those lines for my LJ header. I'd have to make the proportions different, I think. But that's definitely along the lines of what I'd want.

Hmm, so maybe I was actually being productive. I was practicing making a journal header. Yes, that's it. Not wasting time but making rough drafts. Yep. *nods*
