Teeny Tiny Bucky and Itty Bucky and the One-Armed Push-up

Itty Bucky was admiring Teeny-Tiny Bucky's build this morning and asked if Teeny could show him how to do one-armed push-ups.


Teeny Tiny Bucky was happy to oblige.

"See, they're not hard, Itty, especially with a metal arm! Now you try!"


"Ummm... Itty? Can you breathe, buddy?"
*muffled crying*


"Aw, it's okay, Itty Bucky. Push ups take a lot of practice. My first one was terrible. I slipped and landed on my face and broke my nose."


"Way to bucky up, Itty! A for effort!"

"Now... we gotta finish strong, Itty. Superhero pose time!"

I am dyyyinnnnng. That is cute beyond all reason. Also, "way to bucky up" may be my new favorite expression.

(And hmm, apparently Bucky is nicer to sad alternate-Buckys than he is to himself. Someone needs to tell him he shouldn't talk to himself in a way that he wouldn't talk to Itty Bucky...)

Ahaha, sorry, incomplete train of thought, apparently. XD I just meant in general, Bucky having such terrible self-perception and inability to accept other people's belief that things are not his fault. Not Teeny Bucky specifically saying something here.

aaaaaaaaaaa too much cute!

I've started arranging the Dresser Pack (my adult son's collection of soft toy huskies, which I wound up in charge of) so that they can see out the windows in the bedroom during the day. I'm sure the guys working on the building next to me, if they're glancing in, are bemused.

Hee hee... toys are so fun. :) Any time my dad was in the hospital we'd always get him a new stuffed Garfield to keep on his bed table. It made the nurses giggle no end. (He also kept a row of Garfields on the back window ledge of his car. He had a thing for Garfield. *g*) I consider myself simply carrying on my father's never-too-old-to-play legacy. *g*
