I love that they took the time to show Aragorn quietly reading... and getting a little annoyed when he was disturbed but putting aside his annoyance to be polite and friendly. Very kingly of him.
And Strider looked up from his book (reading yet again the Tale of Luthien and Beren) and sighed at the thundering steps of the Man as he paused at the nearby tapestry, muttering softly his own personal soliloquy of what he saw and what he thought.
Thankfully it was only the Man and not the whole bloody tribe of Hobbits!
