Mother Nature has been very bitchy for you easterners; cannot imagine why! I just spoke to a representative at Sears down in central Florida; they're having a great day and we here in Cali are looking forward to 85F. What a relief! All the freaking heat we had for the past 2 weeks is tearing its way through Kansas by now, certainly ruining lives in Arizona, Colorado and other points. But what the heck is with Missouri?????

We usually have stormy Mays, rainy Junes, then dry-as-dust July's and Augusts. Not so apparently this year. We've had ultra-steamy heat and humidity punctuated almost daily by thunderstorms. Florida weather, basically, only the storms come in the morning or overnight instead of the afternoon. Really weird weather pattern.
