I try to keep my Marvel/Sebastian Stan/Chris Evans squeeing to tumblr, but jiminy crickets, this has just started making the rounds....


Very recent pic of Sebastian Stan. He's looking very... chiseled these days. He seems to have traded "baby face" for "the smoulder". And I have no problems with that.

Oh, now there's a thought! Maybe he might have to look a little less "big muscly super hero" and more "gaunt but wiry super hero" because he's still recovering from all the horrible everything that HYDRA did to him and because, per the comics, he's still on the run and in hiding and not tucked away in Avengers Tower getting good care like he is in fanfics? Although, I swear, I want a Cap 2.5 where the entire movie is nothing but him being cossetted away in Avengers Tower to recover amongst loving super-friends and a compassionate AI.

(And I especially want a scene where he gets up in the middle of the night to mix up a batch of corn flakes, blueberries, PB, chocolate sauce and mustard.... as disgusting as that sounds to my own palate. *g*)

It would make the most sense to put him in Avenger's Tower to recover, I think, at least as a first step, once he makes contact with Steve. They have protocols there for dealing with THE HULK, for crying out loud.

I would like to write another one, but nothing has sufficiently irritated me yet, lol. Oh, and be glad I didn't have him throw the lime jello packet into his breakfast. I originally did that, because he might have recognized jello, but I thought even *he* might not want to eat that result.

*nods* Yep. Totally agree. I just have a feeling that part will be glossed over in favor of Serious Plotting Because Screentime Is Expensive and... it didn't happen in the comic books (that I know of, though I haven't read all of the Winter Soldier ones yet). *sigh*

*vague eurgh noises* Yeah, that would have required that chapter to go in an altogether different direction! :P
