Interesting article...
Sep. 4th, 2012 11:42 amI imagine a lot of you are like me, going around with your head stuck in another world at least 98% 50% of the time. Here's an interesting article that should reassure all of us that living that way is something to be embraced!

Date: 2012-09-04 06:12 pm (UTC)When I was in the Wicca one of the precepts they tried to impress on the priesthood is "Be IN the world not OF it." Easier said than done lemme tell you! But really, that's exactly what that man is writing about, only substitute worshiping God or Goddess or walking the Spiral instead of writing that fiction story of fantasizing about walking Middle Earth.
I think we all need that "otherness" to maintain our balance in the world as it has become. The more stress pins me down the more my mind wants to take off and fly with the birds! Or go play fantasy games or make up stories for my BJD muses! LOL
