Since Halbarad spotted E&E going off with angling gear, it's just the Rangers. He's torn between not begrudging Aragorn his r&r time and being annoyed about having to deal with whatever pops up by himself.
Let's hope all Orcs, trolls, barrow wights, wargs etc are taking it easy as well...
*insert crack* As a handful of mouthy hobbits with little signs march back and forth across the opening to Rivendell's road chanting loudly: "OUR RANGER NEEDS REST! GO HOME ORC! OUR RANGER NEEDS REST!" And of course five minutes later Pippen is heard to ask just as loudly: "WHEN'S TEA?"
