Jenny Dolfern, the artist, tells me this is Maglor, but he would indeed make a very good Elrond.

Thank you, dear! *tight hugs* I really love this picture. It's supposed to be Maglor, but now that you say it, I can't unsee Elrond again - and don't want to, it's far to good a fit. *g* Much as I love the artist's work, her Elrond doesn't hit the mark for me. This is much, much better.

With apologies to the artist, we'll just pretend this is Elrond, then. *g* (I adore her work, but like you and her Elrond, her Aragorn doesn't really do much for me, or at least, not that particular pose/angle. I wish she'd do more of him so I could get a good idea of how she sees him.
