I know, right?? How absolutely fun would that be to wear!
I wish I could knit. Or had the desire to, which I don't. But when I see things like this, I think, "Oh, man, if only!!"

This looks simple enough, technically, that anyone who can crochet a beanie hat can make it.
The idea itself is still totally brilliant (and more than a bit adorkable) of course:-)

Key words being "anyone who can crochet". I never got beyond the "make a looooooong chain" stage, much to my grandmother's dismay. My sister, however, took to it like a duck to water. I do better with words, on the whole. *g*
